USGOVCo. Inc. LLC PART 1

USGOVCo. Inc. LLC
Don't sue us, we'll sue you.

Part 1

You do get it don't you? That privatization means selling off the government to rich corporations? As in, they are buying our government. Not buying it off. Buying it outright. As in owning it.

Hear me out now. You will see what I see. It won't take long.

Look at Congress, all limp and lip biting and boneless. Watch them bow to the whims of the idiot CEO in chief. Watch as they sell out our privacy in every detail and "let off" the big telecoms, who in fact are making huge money hand over fist, because they were given incredibly lucrative contracts to help the government spy on us all. Who else would get those juicy contracts but the owners of "the company"?

You can stop wondering why Congress does nothing to stop the biggest most comprehensive, destructive crime wave in the history of the country. They're not allowed to do anything. They do as they're told by their new bosses.

Through the purchase of the government and all that goes with it, namely everything and everyone in the country, they've simply bypassed Congress and made them irrelevant. Much of the government has been privatized, through what? Contracts. They've down sized and privatized government all right; and private corporations have had explosive growth and obscene profits. Here's your no bid contracts right here. Here's your Blackwater getting away with murder. Corporations have taken control over who knows exactly how much of this government; and who knows how much of our political process has become N/A? Corporations are calling the shots, and getting more and more lucrative legislation to get more and more lucrative contracts and we're paying out trillions and somehow we have no choice in the matter. Our money is now theirs to take at will and we don't get an opinion.

The insane neocon/republican psychocapitalist method was evil, criminal, and traitorous, but it worked real well. They didn't just create a big loophole to jump through, they created a black hole. Bushco hit the ground running with privatization, taking it further than any president before him. He pushed all of that so called "public-private" partnership propaganda which was code for literally selling this country and its government to private individuals and corporations.

They wrote legal and binding business contracts that rested on legislation passed specifically to do the business in those contracts. You can't pull the corporation out of the law because they've become the law. You can't interfere in the contract because it's a legal contract and you're not a party to it.

So when you watch Congress standing there looking helpless, when you watch them vote to let the big corporations off the hook, just understand that they are no longer a part of the process. There was no hook. It was all done with contracts. The phone companies wouldn't just up and cooperate with the government on request, there's no profit in that. They did it because they were well paid. That's why bush refused to back down on holding them criminally liable for selling us out. That's probably also why Congress flipped over on the whole thing and not only let them off but gave them the keys to take it as far as they want to. The most congress could do is try to run interference and stand around pouting and looking angry. They keep looking out here at us waiting for the great uproar they need to do a damned thing about any of this.

Somehow, corporations were granted the bizarre legal status of personhood which gave them the same rights we used to have. But a corporation is a figment of the imagination, not a person. In no stretch of reason could a concept be a person, and that's really insulting to all of us by the way. A corporation is a tax filing status. It's a word to describe the concept of a group of people getting together to run a business. The people running that business already have their full share of individual rights just like the rest of us. Now, somehow, they have a lion's share more, a heaping extra helping that none of us have, and none of us can compete with. How can something that doesn't even exist end up with more human and legal rights than real human beings?

With all of their billions of dollars and power, special access, tax exemptions, corporate welfare and patently unfair privileges, they also get to claim a corporate right to free speech which is outrageous. The owners of those corporations already have individual free speech rights, but now their media corporations have the legal excuse to not broadcast anything except what they want to broadcast, even if it's flat untrue. Even if it's a straight out lie. They don't have to tell the truth, that's the law. And they don't have to let any of the dirty unwashed masses on their personal TV channels to get a word in edgewise.

How is Congress supposed to step inside private business contracts that are permanently woven into legislation that was specifically passed to give countless corporations government contracts for National Security, or for anything else for that matter? How are they supposed to deny the "rights" of the corporations who are persons now? Do you see the game? Insidious isn't it.

It's going to take blazing torches and pitchforks bearing down on DC to get this nonsense ripped out of the law books and send the lying capitalist dirt bags back to the holes they crawled out of. Unfortunately, the country doesn't get it yet. And we've been robbed blind. People are so sick and tired of bush that they're not seeing what all has been done, or how it won't change when Mr. Change gets elected. This is cast in stone folks. It's not going anywhere without a massive awakening and uprising. And Obama is one of them, he's just from the other side of the political elite. It will be even worse with Obama. Even if he wants to change things, he can't stand up to this kind of deeply corrupt, criminal power.

Just because we're not aware of what's really happening yet doesn't mean they aren't absolutely aware and they want to know what every last one of us is thinking and doing for the specific reason that they're afraid we will wake up and light those torches and grab those pitchforks, and they want to take us out before it can get anywhere near that.

Look at all of our massively expensive privatized spy agencies. There are so many intelligence agencies now that I'll bet you can't even name them all. Every single office of the government now has its own internal intelligence branch and they're working to coordinate them all, and not just between these agencies but between all of the law enforcement agencies too; in fact, these databases are all being tied in to every conceivable kind of database in existence that has any of our information on it. Isn't that good news? It's so justifiable and necessary isn't it? Hardly. It's outrageous and it's illegal.

These privatized intelligence agencies all have interwoven contracts too. They literally are the privatized law of the land, at least in their neck of the woods, and that's scary as hell. And considering we can't know one single thing they're doing then it's safe to say, they are screwing us over so bad it's not even funny. When contracts and policy are one and the same, how are you going to stop any part of the process?

Remember Total Information Awareness? When bushco first dragged it out, congress told them it went too far, there was no conceivable justification for it and they refused to allow it to happen. They refused to fund it and told them to shut it down. The USGOVCo Inc.LLC was told in no uncertain terms not to go there.

"Fine", they said. "And you can just bite me too", they said. They took it underground, in the name of national security, and covered it up. They seriously intimidate anyone who knows about it and threaten them with death and prison if they breathe a word about it, and it's all paid for by you and me, with black budget dollars. All covered up and safe, TIA's evil twin has been running full force uninterrupted and with no oversight whatsoever, around the clock, for years. What is anybody going to do about it? What is Congress supposed to do about it when they get blown off by the privateering CEO in chief and his whole dirty gang of thieves?

Just think. They pretty much know every single thing about every last one of us. It's all right there. It's all at their fingertips, anywhere, anytime, at the press of a button, every detail of your existence is there for your new bosses to see. Your most secret stuff and the stuff you think you don't care if anyone sees. But you know, when someone has all the power in the world and you have none, and they decide they don't like you because you pay your bills late or you filed bankruptcy, or you have a medical condition that could make an insurance company have to pay out, or you disagree politically, which is the sort of thing our new owners would consider criminal, you'd be surprised how easy it is to pull up every little thing about you and turn you into someone they have to arrest for the sake of National Security. That's not even hard. I don't think even Mother Theresa could get off with these psychopathic demigods in control.

Bushco has demolished the government and sold it off to rich people. This is how they've undermined the law and common sense and decency and justice across the board. It's how your voice has become irrelevant. It's how the banks can take whatever they want from you and you have literally no recourse. You cannot get justice because they don't want you to have any justice, and they've written the laws themselves to make sure you can't get any justice. This is what they've achieved. They own you because they say so. What are you going to do about it punk?

The rich and the corporations are raking it in. They wanted it all and by gosh, they've apparently taken it all. Rejoice. They're your new bosses too, the constitution has been contracted out of existence. Everything that's going to get done in this country will be based on one thing, corporate profitability. If it needs to be said, that cuts us completely out.

Don't even ask bushco or any corporation to tell you anything, it's none of your damned business. They can break the law because they are the law. They don't answer to you. So shut up. No they don't have to verify your vote. Shut up. No they don't have to prove that Ivins did anything at all. So just shut up.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. What we have here is a global crime syndicate. A corporate/government mafia. The biggest bankers, the big media, big pharma, big warfare, big drugs, big prisons, big enforcement, big education; it's all a big rip off. These people are dirty to the bone and they know it. Do not believe a word that comes out of their mouths because it is self evident. Every time they open their mouths they're lying. There is no law they're not free to break. They're railroading justice, bypassing the constitution as far as our legal rights are concerned, and doing dirty deeds faster than we can keep up with them.

Look at the Ivins debacle. They have absolutely nothing on the guy. No evidence whatsoever. They dragged their heels for nine months before they even went out checking mailboxes after the corporate Anthrax false flag murders. Nine months. The first guy they try to railroad gets off after years of hell in court where the government has no case against him. We now get to pay him the five million dollar award to make up for the dirt bags in charge who don't give a damn about proof, especially when they're just out to cover their own butts and try to pin the blame on someone else.

When Plan A swirled the bowl, they went spastic grabbing for a Plan B. Ivins. The "case" against Ivins is so weak that the second he died, the word was there is no use investigating any further. We have the bad guy, he's dead now. There's nothing to see here folks, move along please. Let all of this Anthrax guilty party business get swept under the rug now. Because really, the government can't survive any more scrutiny on this.

I'll come out and say it, it looks to high heaven like they murdered Ivins. It's so obvious it's disgusting. They are thugs and criminals. They used the good old trick of destroying that poor man in the media with completely unsupported allegations that he was some kind of psychopathic, murderous, child molesting, suicidal pervert. Well gee FBI guys, why didn't you look at him first if he was all that nuts and dangerous?

They didn't look at him at all because he wasn't nuts or dangerous and all of this is 100% cooked up. If it's not cooked up then just show us the evidence. It cannot be that hard to show us the evidence unless you just don't have any. That's all there is to it.

So why aren't the real FBI guys allowed to bust these liars and get the justice we all deserve to see? They've been blocked from doing that and you know they're not happy about it. The people in charge are criminals covering up for criminals.

Something else directly tied to this is the militarization of the police. Why the tasers and the microwave crowd control weaponry? Why are black booted thugs with their faces hidden so they can't be recognized, hurling unarmed, nonviolent, not even dangerous ordinary women, men and children to the ground, surrounding them, screaming at them, threatening them, tearing all of their clothes off, tasering them even after they're handcuffed? What about that could be excused in any way? It's outrageous. It's sheer evil. It's uncalled for, unnecessary and yet, it is pervasive, "all of a sudden". It's no accident. Who is so afraid of us citizens that they need to change law enforcement into a brutal militarized psychopathic entity that is legally entitled to brutalize people at will without cause, with no warrant and every time they do it, they get away with it? They are NEVER prosecuted. They are never fired. They are rewarded.

It's safe to say then, that this behavior and all of these horrible changes are more than condoned. They are desired. Strongly.

It's all tied in. And believe it or not, this is a very old story. What we're seeing today is really nothing more than a group of bad guys whose kind has always been here and has always been doing what it does, only now they're taking their masks off. They're not sneaking around behind our backs anymore, because now, they don't have to. They've finally managed to achieve their all time goal of making who and what they are, not only legal, but the law itself.

What's new is them coming out of the closet, and the technology that now allows all of these components to take on a whole new level of evil and darkness. This wouldn't have been possible if only we'd known our own history. If only we'd known what the whole rest of the world knows and has always known, they could never have gotten away with it.

If there's anything we need to do right now it is to get it through our heads what the real game is, and to face it and realize it's true and it always has been. We have to understand it ourselves and then make others understand it too. Because it's people who can't fathom the truth that are allowing this global criminal enterprise to destroy not only this country, but to rip off the whole rest of the world and there are other countries out there who are not amused by any of this. We have no friends out there anymore, and we need to realize the depth and breadth of the shit we're in for.

PART 2 - An Example from history

I want to show you something from our own history that happened a mere hundred years ago. It was a huge thing, that along with many others, has simply been erased from our school books. The fact that everything about our history of fighting this never ending war with corporations has been completely and totally removed from history books makes it clear it was no accident. They don't want you to know. But you cannot understand what you're seeing today if you don't know history because people usually can't see anything for what it is while it's happening. We have to be removed from it to look at it objectively and that means looking back afterwards. Not being able to do that leaves us clueless and incapable of seeing what we would otherwise recognize instantly and be able to do something about.

It's very recognizable, there's a literal pattern. The same double standards and hypocrisy, the same dirty tricks, the same corporate/government alliances, the same governmental criminality, the same monopolizing of the press, the same brutal treatment of citizens by police, it's all there. Here's just one example that is incredibly revealing of not just the pattern, but the who and the how. This is something called the Haymarket Bombing. These excerpts from Spartacus Online in the UK tell it well.

The Haymarket Bombing "On 1st May, 1886 a strike was began throughout the United States in support of a eight-hour day. Over the next few days over 340,000 men and women withdrew their labor. Over a quarter of these strikers were from Chicago and the employers were so shocked by this show of unity that 45,000 workers in the city were immediately granted a shorter workday."

Just from that first paragraph, what do we know? We know that corporations were working people hard with very long hours and that in spite of the fact that people wanted 8 hour days, there was no mechanism available for them to get the corporations to listen or in any way treat all of those people as if they mattered at all. Put that in your brain because that's the mentality of the Republican/Capitalists today and it always has been. This is who they are.

So what happened? 340,000 workers simply did not work. They did this to be heard as no other avenue was available. When they did, within just a few days, the corporations were so freaked out they immediately caved. That's how scary we are to these people. What scared them was our refusal to comply with their unfair rules. Our failure to comply is the eternal fiery coal of terror burning in all of their dark hearts. It would all be over tomorrow and they would lose all of their control and ill gotten wealth if we united and refused to comply. It would all end. Do not gloss over that, it's the whole point of what's happening today and what has always happened. Because the rich are rich based on lies, theft, unfair practices, unfair entitlements, arrogance, and oppressive measures, and they are able to maintain this obscene status quo because they are partners with the government. No one can stand up and explain why they get all the riches and we don't. There is no justification. They know that.

The story continues. What happens next comes out of the rage these frightened corporate demi-lords felt after suffering the indignity of having to do something the people demanded. THIS cannot be allowed. They wanted to kill the movement and kill any further thoughts people might get in their heads about uniting to demand a fair shake.

"The campaign for the eight-hour day was organised by the International Working Peoples Association (IWPA). On 3rd May, the IWPA in Chicago held a rally outside the McCormick Harvester Works, where 1,400 workers were on strike. They were joined by 6,000 lumber-shovers, who had also withdrawn their labour. While August Spies, one of the leaders of the IWPA was making a speech, the police arrived and opened-fire on the crowd, killing four of the workers."

Ask yourself this. What on earth grounds were there for the police to even show up? What grounds were there for the police to open fire on the crowd and kill people? Those people were strikers, not criminals. They were ordinary people refusing to go to work to make the statement that they would no longer accept a 12 hour workday. They wanted an 8 hour day and would not hear "No" anymore. They had every right to make demands on their own behalf. The fight was between the workers and the corporations. So where did the cops come from? And why on earth did they kill people?

It was because we had absolutely no workers rights or workers protection laws back then. What we eventually got only came about because of incidents like this one, and there were several others. To both the government and the corporations, going on strike IS criminal. These people were seen as criminals for believing they had the right to negotiate to get a fair shake, to get reasonable treatment, to look out for their own best interests. That made them literal criminals, although what the crime is I have no idea, you'll have to ask the Republicans who have destroyed our unions and are now systematically dismantling all of the worker protections people had to die for in order to get them into the law books for the rest of us. Protections we haven't had very long. People fighting for their rights, for justice, for a fair share were seen as criminals then and guess what? Nothing has changed. They still deeply despise anyone who thinks they deserve anything fair. This is the system. This is how the system really works. And this is who the system is really for.

Without the police showing up, without that blatant abuse of their authority, without their armed brutality, without their willingness to shoot innocent citizens on command, for no reason, only because they were ordered to do it, without that, what would have happened? It's easy to see what would have happened. The business owner would have had to admit that he makes every penny off the sweat and labor of those people out there and without them he can not be a rich man. His factory sitting idle because no one would work for him would be the undeniable proof that they need us more than we ever needed them. The business owner would have been forced to come out and negotiate. He would have been forced to treat these people with respect because he has no excuse not to. Workers are the true creators of all wealth. Without them he has nothing. People should have the right to negotiate terms and wages and work hours, and work days and benefits and the whole nine yards. If workers don't unite and demand a fair cut of the profits they create, what happens? The business owners keep it all for themselves and the workers get nothing at all. And that's just stupid. It's not fair.

Workers from other fields came to stand up with this group. Solidarity scares the living daylights out of the powers that control us. They wanted it ended and so they ordered the police out to force the truth to go away and leave them alone.

The government being used to force people into submission to corporate owners is a blatant abuse of their power but it is much more than that. They have no right or business interfering with the private business of the American people. This was a fight the working class had every right to wage. By stepping in with police and shooting people who have done nothing wrong, our freedom was stolen. Our rights were negated. In short, the game is rigged. It always has been.

There's more.

"The following day August Spies, who was editor of the Arbeiter-Zeitung, published a leaflet in English and German entitled: Revenge! Workingmen to Arms!. It included the passage: "They killed the poor wretches because they, like you, had the courage to disobey the supreme will of your bosses. They killed them to show you 'Free American Citizens' that you must be satisfied with whatever your bosses condescend to allow you, or you will get killed. If you are men, if you are the sons of your grand sires, who have shed their blood to free you, then you will rise in your might, Hercules, and destroy the hideous monster that seeks to destroy you. To arms we call you, to arms." Spies also published a second leaflet calling for a mass protest at Haymarket Square that evening."

Though it might make you uncomfortable to read that, you have to admit he was entitled to feel his outrage. He understood what the game was. What he was saying to the people was that if they are going to be forced into slavery by the state, they would stand and fight. What other reaction could a self respecting "free" American have? What else could these people feel but rage at their betrayal by their government? But did people arm themselves and attack? No. Who would they attack? Men, women and children would show up for the next meeting. They brought their families. They did not come to wage war.

"On 4th May, over 3,000 people turned up at the Haymarket meeting. Speeches were made by August Spies, Albert Parsons and Samuel Fielden. At 10 a.m. Captain John Bonfield and 180 policemen arrived on the scene. Bonfield was telling the crowd to "disperse immediately and peaceably" when someone threw a bomb into the police ranks from one of the alleys that led into the square. It exploded killing eight men and wounding sixty-seven others. The police then immediately attacked the crowd. A number of people were killed (the exact number was never disclosed) and over 200 were badly injured."

In the first place, on what grounds could the police demand that the crowd disperse? What business is it of theirs? How else are these free American citizens supposed to be able to get together and have a rally, to share information, strategize and discuss the situation they were all in? Telling the crowd to go home immediately was a blatant force backed denial of citizens rights and precluded any chance of justice being achieved. Why should they leave? Who are the police to dictate to them what they may and may not do? They don't report to the police nor are they owned by them. But there the police are, telling people how to live their lives, something that's none of their business. No crime was being committed, the police had no business even being there.

Understand that the people who showed up for that meeting did not come with any bombs. Regular people are peaceful and concerned with justice and never even get it into their heads to show up shooting. It is the government that always shows up armed to the teeth and ready to bust heads without any provocation. Somehow it's okay for them to do that, but if we so much as have a stick, they're on us like vultures, and with deadly violence. They're the violent ones, not us.

This is the most dangerous double standard and the most obvious sign that a government is not "of" or "for" the people. It is proof positive they are separated from and against the people. The government is us. The police are us. They cannot have more rights than the rest of us have as individual citizens. Jobs don't have rights, only people have rights. So the government and the police both, as equal citizens to us, could never have more power or authority than any of us do. They can't have more rights than we have, there are no more rights than what we have. What they are claiming rights to is criminal behavior. This imbalance of force and authority, this double standard, is a blatant statement of them versus us, and they arm themselves and call it lawful while we, if we even discuss arming ourselves, are immediately criminals. If this truly ever had been a free country and a democracy, our police and government would be held to every single one of the same laws the rest of us are. They are not special. They are not above us. They are not there to be in power over us. But that is exactly what they are.

The bomb was brought and thrown by an operative of the corporations, they paid someone to throw the bomb. It was thrown directly into the police ranks which would of course ignite the entire scene and immediately make the police attack the people. No one stopped to ask questions about the whole thing being a set up to turn out exactly this way. The police were not told about the operative bomber, as they would never have allowed it. When the bomb exploded, killing eight of their men, all of their rage went to the people. The police were now on the side of the corporate/government alliance, and didn't even realize how they were being used.

Something I read recently in an old newsletter described several methods of how this conspiracy of control is carried out on the public. It said they set us up in a contrived conflict, just like "a cock fight where it even results in blood and guts. This is where both sides are deliberately agitated and trained to react to the other...both sides are expendable for the profit of the organizers. These chickens parallel too closely American politicos across the political spectrum." That's precisely what happened here.

It's worth mentioning that this same method is what's behind the illegal immigration conflict we're going through now. They're setting us up against each other and against Mexicans and the Mexicans against each other and against us. They put incendiary articles in the papers to spark it up and keep the anger boiling. They arrange and fund individuals or groups to do things that will enrage the public and keep increasing the resentment, building public impatience. Then when it suits them they simply throw a match on top and it literally explodes into violence. This in turn allows them to put more police and more control on the streets. You see, it all works in their favor, all the time. All of the people are expendable, all that matters is their own profits. They use these same games on us over and again and in every imaginable area of our lives.

Finally, returning to the Haystack story, the number of innocent dead was claimed to not be known. Does that sound familiar? Doesn't the government tell us they don't count the dead in war if they belong to the "other side"? Their disdain and arrogance for all others shows itself consistently throughout our system and has done so for a long time.

The next step: getting it past the justice system.

"Several people identified Rudolph Schnaubelt as the man who threw the bomb. He was arrested but was later released without charge. It was later claimed that Schnaubelt was an agent provocateur in the pay of the authorities."

Even though several witnesses were able to identify the operative and the police arrested him, he was released without charge. He then disappeared and was totally forgotten about. They had the guilty man in custody then let him go and forgot his name, because he was hired via a government/corporate conspiracy. Here's your justice system. Why did the police let him go when they had first hand evidence of his guilt? They were ordered to let him go by a police chief who takes his orders from a government official. No doubt an official with lots of corporate dollars stuffed into his pockets. They were going to pin it on someone else. No matter who they pinned it on, that person would be innocent. This is not a story of yesterday, it is the same story today. Think of the recent shameful framing of Ivins for the Anthrax murders. That was one of these. Once you learn to see it, it's as obvious as daylight.

Many citizens, cops and judges have drunk the koolaid of lies that gives the powerful their false credibility, and so we look upon people standing up for a fair break as trouble makers who have no reasonable need to be stirring things up. They are always stripped of all credibility, as though it were an impossibility that anyone would be unhappy enough and cornered enough to stand up and demand justice. They are called anarchists.

What is an anarchist? Someone who disagrees with whoever holds power over them. Funny how that's so strongly painted as evil and dangerous in our minds, and in the minds of police and judges. Anarchy is bad. Anarchy is chaos. Anarchy is a downright dirty word. Anarchists continue to be painted as violent and crazy in our media, no one ever says they have a valid point or a righteous position. Anarchists are never allowed to use the microphone and tell us themselves who they are or what is happening. The media, the powerful, tell us what to think. And guess what? We think what they tell us to think without so much as a question.

"After the release of Schnaubelt, the police arrested Samuel Fielden, an Englishman, and six German immigrants, August Spies, Adolph Fisher, Louis Lingg, George Engel, Oscar Neebe, and Michael Schwab. The police also sought Albert Parsons, the leader of the International Working Peoples Association in Chicago, but he went into hiding and was able to avoid capture. However, on the morning of the trial, Parsons arrived in court to standby his comrades."

After letting the agent provocateur (paid operative) off in spite of several eye witnesses seeing him do it, who was arrested? The leaders of the people who had gotten 340,000 workers to walk off their jobs and stand up for justice. The ones who stood up and gave speeches, coordinated workers and printed information pamphlets. They were framed and accused though they'd done nothing wrong. Their demand for justice was a direct threat to corporate control because they spoke the truth and wanted justice and had the audacity to spread the word. Like greedy parasites, rich capitalists need to use people to get rich. Their control is based on nothing, they have no right of control and no right to take 90% of what others create with their labor. But that is the system they have established because they like that system. In fact, they obsess over having to pay even that 10% to the workers, they want it all for themselves.

What the rich really believe in is slavery where no wages are ever paid and nothing is given in return for the hard work that makes them rich. In their delusions of grandeur, they actually believe they are entitled to this arrangement and that is why when labor stands up to corporations, the first reaction is government force and violence to stop it. It is never even considered that the rich should have to negotiate fairly with labor. The mere thought is an outrage to them. This is the real law in this country, and the constitution that we all believe belongs to us is in fact, not there for us at all. We are not included in its bill of rights. Rights are only for the rich, and we are the slave class to these people. The delicate balance of letting us believe we have constitutional rights is only allowed to keep us willingly enslaved by the wealthy. We are willing because we believe we are free. But we can see how quickly that is proven to not be true any time we gather in peaceful protests, much less in armed protests after being treated like slaves and refusing to put up with it anymore. We see instantly the reality is that there's a double standard and the law is never on our side. EVER. That's the reality that few can see after a lifetime of propaganda about freedom and democracy which in reality equates to nothing more than being obedient to the government. Being obedient to the wealthy who use us to obtain their goals, work us for our labor, pay us as little as possible, talk down to us and exercise total control over us in literally every conceivable way.

Don't miss the irony here. The police actually show up, to BREAK the law. The police let the real guilty party go because they're on the elites payroll and they work only for the elites. The police go out and arrest innocent people at gunpoint. It's legal for them to do. In the courtroom the prosecutor gets to spin it anyway he likes, he is also there to subvert justice. The judge has to be complicit too or he will be removed and replaced with another judge who knows the reality of the power class who will be happy to subvert justice and even be able to give convoluted speeches which will seem to validate his righteousness.

The corporatist thugs in cooperation with the thugs that we do have in our government use all of our legitimate systems, specifically, to break the law, not to uphold it, but to make sure justice is not done. To make sure they get away with murder and breaking a long list of laws after committing the most serious, devastating crimes that have ever happened.

The rich love their power and to them money is supreme so anyone threatening it by demanding justice or truth, or being treated respectfully as an equal, is a terrorist. Just like today. The rich are the natural partners with government because they are the government. These crimes could not be committed without government approval, so they've simply become the government and can approve all of their crimes and that's exactly what they're doing today, without the slightest shame or embarrassment. That's why they never get exposed and prosecuted.

Now let's watch them rig the court room which they'll accomplish by not doing things the usual way (like on 9/11), and by using respected authorities to come into the courtroom and tell flat out lies. They will lie and they will break the law to retain illegitimate control over the people and to insure that no one ever gets the chance to bring testimony into a court room that would prove that they are the real criminals. Here's a standard example of how they make it up as they go and don't have a shred of evidence to support their allegations against the innocent people they're trying to railroad.

"There were plenty of witnesses who were able to prove that none of the eight men threw the bomb. The authorities therefore decided to charge them with conspiracy to commit murder. The prosecution case was that these men had made speeches and written articles that had encouraged the unnamed man at the Haymarket to throw the bomb at the police. "The jury was chosen by a special bailiff instead of being selected at random. One of those picked was a relative of one of the police victims. Julius Grinnell, the State's Attorney, told the jury: "Convict these men make examples of them, hang them, and you save our institutions." At the trial it emerged that Andrew Johnson, a detective from the Pinkerton Agency, had infiltrated the group and had been collecting evidence about the men. Johnson claimed that at anarchist meetings these men had talked about using violence. Reporters who had also attended International Working Peoples Association meetings also testified that the defendants had talked about using force to "overthrow the system". During the trial the judge allowed the jury to read speeches and articles by the defendants where they had argued in favour of using violence to obtain political change. The judge then told the jury that if they believed, from the evidence, that these speeches and articles contributed toward the throwing of the bomb, they were justified in finding the defendants guilty. All the men were found guilty: Albert Parsons, August Spies, Adolph Fischer, Louis Lingg and George Engel were given the death penalty. Whereas Oscar Neebe, Samuel Fielden and Michael Schwab were sentenced to life imprisonment. On 10th November, 1887, Lingg committed suicide by exploding a dynamite cap in his mouth. The following day Parsons, Spies, Fisher and Engel mounted the gallows. As the noose was placed around his neck, Spies shouted out: "There will be a time when our silence will be more powerful than the voices you strangle today." Many people believed that the men had not been given a fair trial and in 1893, John Peter Altgeld, the new governor of Illinois, pardoned Oscar Neebe, Samuel Fielden and Michael Schwab."

This evil charade is standard operating procedure. It's so evil and disgusting that frankly, decent people would never think of things like this. They literally can't grasp it because it is so despicable and so dishonest. That's why it works and that's why it's done every day in this country. It's the same kinds of people telling the same old lies, setting up people who haven't done anything wrong, subverting justice, using the face of authority to keep all the attention and the heat on innocent people they paint to be guilty and horrible people.

The men that were executed were convicted of inciting murder. The person that threw the bomb was a paid operative. Somehow the prosecutor was able to convince the jury that these men were responsible for the acts of another person, someone they did not even know. In fact it was someone paid by authorities to commit the crime in the first place, making this judgment against them all the more despicable.

Why were the citizens meetings infiltrated and spied on by for hire spies? If we can't spy on the government what makes it all right for them to spy on us? They are our equals not our owners. Don't we have a whole hell of a lot of spying going on right now? It's never been worse, and it's never been justifiable. Yet they are pulling it off, right in front of our eyes claiming a righteous need, national security. In fact it's their own security they're worried about and as always, decimating our rights, turning our vote into a joke, morphing the police into psychotic thugs, and weaving corporate control into our laws in a way that undermines and subverts the constitution, is the grand finale they've been salivating for, for at least a couple of hundred years.

Something becomes evident when you look at this situation and all of the situations like this.
The government is in charge of everything and the people aren't anywhere near to equal the power of the government. That right there is ass backwards. But what it really shows us is that our freedom and real justice for the people are an absolute threat to our government, and to corporate domination and abuse of the working class. In order for us to live in real freedom, and for us to be able to get real justice, the government would have to give up it's total control over everything. It's not going to do that. To put it plain and simple: Freedom and justice is a threat to the government. This government is in total control of everything. It does not respect individual rights. It lies and cheats and sets people up every day and it does this to maintain it's control over us. We are not free and we never have been people and the quickest way to find that out is to hold up the constitution and claim it guarantees your rights. See how far that gets you.

This is such a 180 from our brainwashing and propagandizing that it takes a while to soak in. But there it is. It's everywhere. It's in the papers. It's down the street from where you live. But when you're systematically conditioned and trained not to see it, and when people are criticized abused and gagged over what they're saying about the government, that is not freedom. It just isn't. I'm sorry. We are either free or we're not. It can't be both. And in all of the ways that matter most, in having power over our own lives and over this government, we are not free.

Don't sue us, we'll sue you.
Part 3

Forget the controllers folks, we've got new owners. Hail fellow slave! Or are you a part? Maybe just a spare part. I guess that will all depend on what you're worth. Hope your bank account is looking healthy. Hope you're looking healthy too. They don't need anybody who can't work real hard all day. If you can't do that, you might be a terrorist. After all, what is more terroristic than depriving your corporate owners of their 90% share of what your labor creates while they do nothing at all? You owe it to them slave! Get it through your head. Either you produce profits for your masters or you'll be taking up precious resources that are reserved only for those who produce profits for the Corporate Lords. This is the new, new deal. You work for them and you pay them too, they don't pay you.

You'll be happy to know that your new owners are very busy right now, preparing their Grand Opening celebration. At this very moment they've got their upper management in DC working hard to completely destroy OSHA, and most everything working people need to fall back on when their work disables them. They've pretty much achieved that total decimation. No more expensive work safety for you. No more covering your medical costs at the very moment you're seriously injured on the job. Too bad for you. You're not worth it. If you die they can just get somebody else to replace you. It's much cheaper than them having to spend a nickel on making sure where you work won't kill you. Who cares after all?

The FDA leadership is no longer concerned with your health or the safety and efficacy of drugs or food, not that they have been for decades. They've seen the light. They're all too happy to just take the corporation's word for it. If they say it's swell, that's good enough for the FDA. By the way they'll need more money to keep this streamlined, improved program going at the FDA. And there's another one just like it at the USDA. Mad cow schmad cow, don't be ridiculous. There are no mad cows and no one in this country is dying from any horrible brain rotting disease. At least not any more than a few hundred per year, and that's nothing. So quit your damned bitching ingrate. What's more important? Your meaningless life or saving the corporate Lords a few cents? Obviously, those pennies add up so you just shut up. Shut up and eat that hamburger you ingrate slave, got it?

Now listen up. When guys all dressed in black come to your door, and they have on futuristic looking helmets that hide their faces and even their eyes from you; and they're wearing steel toed thug boots and carrying machine guns and tasers and they bust down your door and scream obscenities at you and tell you to get down on the ground with your hands behind your head or they'll blow your brains out... you should just do it. Understand they'll have to taze you anyway. They can't help it, they like it. It's a hoot for them. And watching you wiggle and scream until foam comes out of your unconscious mouth is what it's all about for them. You may well go into a coma. You could easily die. But so what? The important thing is that our brave boys in black are able to have a little fun. Theirs is such a thankless job. And so dangerous too. And no, this is not torture. The United States does not torture.

And don't you complain when they trash your home and take all of your valuables and cash. According to their contracts, that's a part of their on the job perks. You'd better not interfere with that, I hear they get irritated when people do that.

We've got a million Americans on the no fly list. Do we have a million terrorists in this country? Who knew? I'll bet it's your grandmother too, she always did have that shifty look in her eye. Wasn't she one of those terroristic anarchists? You know. One of those ungodly Peace activists? That's right. She's a Terrorist. This whole country is crawling with them. Everyone be very afraid. There's a very strong possibility that there are terrorists right where you live. They may even be in your own house. But don't panic. There's a way to tell who is a terrorist and who is not. Just ask them if they love and adore being owned by the new Corporate gods. If they say no, they're a terrorist.

If someone you love is a terrorist, fear not. It won't be long before they're taken away. If they're old or weak or have a bad attitude, they may just be turned into dog food. That would be a privilege Spare Part, can I call you Spare Part? It would be a privilege for them to be hurled into the giant Purina grinders and mixed in with road kill, dead zoo animals, and the euthanized pets from the Veterinarian's offices. Instead of living useless lives as America hating terrorists, they can turn the Corporate Lords a wee bit of profit. Who could ask for anything more? Can I hear an Amen?

Let's get serious. What I'm talking about is reality. Look at this and think. It's right there.

All the government has ever done is concern itself with money and war. Everything is about money, at least to them. Everything they do is about getting our money, and keeping themselves in control so they can keep getting our money. And what do they do with our money? Whatever they like, and they're very generous and lavish when it comes to spending our money on themselves. Building up for war and making war is always top on their list. Welfare for the rich and welfare for the corporations is always second. There's not really anything after that, in fact it's so tight for them they keep taking back what little we've managed to force them to give us, so they can give that to the rich too. They spend our money on war for rich people and as gifts for rich people and pitch major seething tantrums at the mere thought of increasing the minimum wage in this country. They do not like seeing our money going anywhere but to themselves, and they simply can't stomach our money being used on us.

We're not asked first when they want to triple the defense budget. We don't get a vote. Did anyone ask you if you wanted your hard earned money to give trillions in welfare to the richest bankers on the face of the earth while you're losing your house? No. You don't get to choose anything, they took your money and you're stuck paying the bill. They just vote our money into their pockets and they get rich. Administration after administration has done this and what do we have to show for it today? We have nothing. And all that's left is old and crumbling.

What have we lost? Our rights. Justice. Peace. Freedom of speech. Freedom of the press. Privacy. Posse comitatus. Warrants and rights to an attorney. Jobs. Good pay. Benefits. Security. Homes. Health. Our future. Pardon me, but haven't we lost everything? Has the aftermath of Katrina been fixed or was it swept under the rug? It was not fixed. Those people were not helped. Pay attention now.

What's happened is much more than a coup. The eternal battle that all people everywhere have fought, the battle of the rich against the ordinary people has been officially won. We did not win, we lost. We lost because we did not even know what the real situation was. But they have finally and completely won. They own it all, and us, outright.

In those rare time periods when the people got active enough to force the powers that be to back off and spend some of our own money on ourselves, on our own needs, on our own country and to benefit us, we were able to get a few things that a whole lot of struggling, excluded people needed to survive. We got a few programs. We got some strong regulations to force corporations to act like they weren't raging psychopaths that consume everything and leave tragedy and destruction in their wake. Those programs are always seethed against, hated, denigrated. They are called dirty names. But what we don't understand is that without those things there forcing the wealthy and the powerful to ensure that we will have a decent and fair quality of life, then we won't have one. And guess what? We no longer do.

Not so long ago the American people fought hard and we achieved the most amazing and rare successes. We got free education, which by the way used to be free all the way through a University degree. Worker's Compensation, Social Security, the FDA and the USDA, the EPA, the FTC, OSHA; these were all things that people had to fight hard to get, and for some of them it meant losing their lives.

The government always backs the corporations, that's nothing new. Private mercenary forces and our own police have a long record of beating and shooting citizens who dare to challenge the status quo by doing unforgivable things like demanding a fair wage or an eight hour/ five day workweek instead of a 12 hour/7 day workweek.

Americans had to fight hard to end child labor in this country, and the corporations were furious about it. They were furious about worker safety laws and they refused to be regulated. Any time they could get away with cutting corners, they did, and they still do. Only now they're making it legal for corporations to kill you out of depraved indifference to your health and safety. You should read up on asbestos workers and the horrendous abuse of dying workers by our very own courts, who are a part of our government, which always sides with the corporations. Get it? Of course they help the big boys cover their crimes and get off scott free no matter how many of us get sick and die or sustain injuries. They really don't care.

These are not things they tell you in school, indeed, most of us have no idea about any of this; about any of the history of the working class of this country and believe me, there is a serious and important history there. If we were taught the history of the working class in schools it would ensure our eternal vigilance over corporations and power, and we would have powerful unions that would ensure we got the wages we earned, and benefits that would make our lives good. Just like they have in Europe. In Europe they understand these things very well, they have a very long history and it can't be covered up with bullshit. They know better. We didn't.

If we were taught all about the history of the American working class in public schools, we would be wise to the fact that power always abuses people, and that corporations are rapacious wolves that can never get enough. If they are not strictly controlled they will consume us.

If we'd known all about how things in this world really work we'd have posed a serious problem for the corporate class. We'd have understood that we were born into a never ending battle that we can never close our eyes to. But our public schools across the whole country lied to us. Lies of omission, and just plain lies. We were taught stupid phrases like Captains of Industry and were led to believe that our government was on our side, when both of these things are sheer mythology. A mythology of the naive working class of America. And since we didn't know the score we did close our eyes, and when we opened them up again we found they'd stolen nearly everything we had. They'd taken it all back and then some. And now we are really screwed.

It might be tempting to relax a little at this moment in time, resting on the belief that George W. Bush, the most embarrassing, inexcusable failure of a President in our entire history, is on his way out. If you're breathing a sigh of relief and looking forward to President Obama with all your heart, thinking he's going to fix it all up again, you're in for a terrible disappointment. President Obama will only be more of the same. He will be reporting to the same corporate oligarchs and elite powermeisters that have their clawed hands around our necks right now. They aren't going anywhere. They're just replacing a face we're sick to death of with a shiny new face that we think belongs to one of the good guys who will do the right thing. He will not do the right thing. In fact, it is very likely that what he'll do will make bush look like a beginner.

It may seem that the defeated, shamed and hated Bushco has been castrated and is now only being endured until the clock runs out, but I assure you, that would be dead wrong. Even as their time runs out they are ramping up their legalization of their own criminal behaviors, while simultaneously turning our normal human activity into terrorist crime. Think. What has been the hallmark, the signature of this Republican regime if not their astonishing skillful lying? Their penchant for secrecy, cheating, and dirty tactics. Their sneaking around behind everyone's backs, including our Congress, and going off doing whatever the hell they want to do even when they are strictly told not to. Even when it's patently illegal. They have never backed down. They have never slowed down. And whenever we don't like what they're doing you know the routine. They say they aren't doing it anymore while they're just doing it in the dark more than ever.

What's been installed and put into action is not going anywhere. Not now that it's finally here. Don't even kid yourself. We're nowhere near seeing any of this come to an end.

These people were installed into office and they came with a well laid plan. They came to achieve that plan and they have. The very same people who designed that plan over two decades ago came back to run it through it's final steps. The hardest parts of it, the big pieces, the things that would not go down well in Congress, the things that would not go down without a fight, they came to push through criminally, illegally or any other way it took in order to get it through.

They also came with the plan in hand to make future resistance against them simply dissolve into the ether. It required possibly the most complex, devious, expertly evil advance planning we've ever witnessed. They put it all together decades ago, no doubt with incredible thought, talent, and labor, and they perfected the ways to keep people silent, to intimidate people into not speaking up, to not let good, decent, honest people have a voice or express an argument. They will not be held to account because they won't allow that to happen.

The corporate take over of the establishment media was necessary and that was achieved. They were able to make sure that only one point of view, only one perspective, only their perspective would be heard across the whole country. They flooded the airwaves with right wing extremist nut cases like Limbaugh and all of his motley peers, and they monopolized the national mind. It worked very well. Systematically they ridiculed and hated any who disagreed, they poo-poo'd those who came with real facts and proof, they called all those traitors who simply wanted to get to the truth about anything. Any mention of conspiracy was the same as confessing your own insanity. The war was sold with celebration and excitement, the media applauding and repeating the Imperial lies like wind-up dolls. No other voices can be heard. No other voices are shown respect, nor are they even acknowledged.

The other voices are there to be sure, but if the major media ignores them it's as though they don't exist. So to most of us, there have been no other voices, and in the establishment media there still aren't any. We were pushed along even though we did not want to go along.

The imprint of their ideology upon an entire nation was an astonishing, mind boggling success, and still today, it holds. They still keep up the false front, the little game of there being nothing else that is right and true and good but the authority of Bush, and they still tell us how he is credible and that all is well. They know we don't believe them anymore. But they have control of the TV sets and they will never stop playing the same messages on every channel every day of the week for the rest of our lives. The message is that we must love and obey the state or we are terrorists. We must become one and obey. This will be the message Obama brings us. And we will go along. We will go the rest of the way down.

We did not feel the sting of the biggest betrayal of all time. We did not comprehend the sheer evil of their plan. We kept our eyes on them yet we did not see what they were really doing because they made sure we could not see.

Do you know what the WTO is? It is an organization comprised of CEO's from major corporations. It is not a part of our government. We did not elect them. They have no apparent way of exerting control over our lives. At least that's how it looks. But the fact is, they are behind all of the trade agreements taking away the sovereignty, choice and prosperity of the people in countries all over the world. Including our own. Especially our own.

The trade agreements are much more than we realized, at least in time to stop them. The plan was to coordinate all trade globally. For a few corporations to mandate and dictate who may sell and who may not. Global monopolies, enforced by laws that uphold the trade agreements. The penalties for failure to comply are so stiff that no country can hold out for very long. The WTO will get their way even when the people of a country don't want GMO's in their food. The WTO will get their way regardless of the will or the health or the prosperity of any people of any country. The WTO goes to court to force those people to eat GMO's and to bend to their trade agreements even though it seriously harms that country. And the WTO wins.

Already our Federal agency computer systems are inter linked with Europe and Canada so that our FDA rules match theirs. We've become economically, as one. Their laws are our laws, their regulations are our regulations. As our regulations were the strongest in the world, ours had to be reduced down to blend in with those of the lowest nation on the totem pole. Mexico and China. No regulations at all. You'll recall all of the product and food recalls that continue breaking out all over this country killing people. That's why. This is the new norm. It won't be fixed. It's not an accident and these events are not flukes. This is what they wanted. This is success. There's nothing to fix. They've deregulated every business and disemboweled every agency that was set up to protect us. They're just not there anymore, or more precisely they no longer have the power or authority to do anything about what's wrong, even though they want to. You're on your own. Good luck.

There is no need for martial law, and Congress was subverted during this whole process because these were not treaties that Bush went to Canada and Mexico and Europe and elsewhere to work out, they were trade agreements. Business contracts backed up by law. Security and prosperity was the PR term. But the security and prosperity would be all for them. And that means ours would be gone. And it is gone.

Congress doesn't act anymore because they can't. They've been made irrelevant. The government itself is now a sort of corporate/government Frankenstein. They are one and the same. It is owned and run on contracts. There is no democracy. They are our CEO's and if we don't like it, they can make sure we know that's not acceptable.

The corporations are the new owners of America. They won't control themselves. On the contrary. Their long hungered for success has been achieved. They are having the blood feast and money bath of their wildest dreams. The bankers aren't being controlled or punished for creating a debt for us that will leave us impoverished forever. No. We are gifting them with trillions more dollars. All for free. They are sucking us totally dry, and they will continue to do so until we are dried out husks. No one can stop them because this is all business now. The government backdrop is a familiar set for them to work on. It's one that will slow down the process of our eventual waking up and realizing that the entire country has literally been sold to private interests right out from under our noses and that we have no rights anymore. Indeed we haven't really had them for a while now.

On a day that another congress made a law requiring us to pay taxes, requiring us to let the government take huge amounts out of our paychecks before we even got paid, that was the very day we lost our freedom. Because when we are not in charge of our own hard earned money, when it is not up to us whether or not to support or fund this government, when men with guns will kick down our doors and take our property and throw us in prison for failure to pay taxes, we are not free. When someone else claims the legal right to our wealth and private property and may take it from us at gunpoint regardless of our will, that is not freedom. That is slavery. That is being owned. We are owned.

The trappings of democracy have been left in place to keep us from noticing. They know we are obsessed with outer appearances. They know we never peel back the curtains to see what's behind them. They know we are naive and will trust them. They know that even as horror after horror occurs that we will simply go into denial. They know it's all in their favor and that time is on their side.

As I watched Congress today, one more time, I saw a group of people so lifeless and dejected, they look like abused children. Angry and resentful, but sad and helpless. They don't do anything because they can't do anything. The corporations own it all and they have rights we no longer have. Corporate and government privacy is fully protected. What they do is none of our business. And congress is grappling with the reality that their subpoenas are meaningless. No one has to show up anymore. Congress is superfluous. They're a joke. A bump on an otherwise sleek corporate work surface. They'll be laid off soon enough. But not until it can't be hidden anymore that this is all an illusion and that we are owned outright by a few rich men in several countries who don't give a damn about us.

The constitution really is nothing but a piece of paper, which is exactly what bush said. The bill of rights is decimated and it carries no weight. It's all been subverted by people who no longer have to account to us for anything. Doubt it? Then by all means, make them accountable.

This is the reagan/bush republican idea of making our country great, selling it off to private owners and turning it into a gigantic socialist cooperative for the rich, controlling their mega corporations as they control all of our lives. They are using we the people to fund it all, to make them rich, and to do all of the work. This is why, for the last time, we do not want republicans in charge of this country's business. They don't give a damn about anyone but themselves and their own and neither do the fundamentalist Christians. And yet it has been these phonies who all along have hypocritically pretended to be the walking embodiments of human and moral perfection. Bullshit. They are nasty, immoral, dishonest, backstabbing, ugly people who are everything that's wrong with America. It is their selfish, psychopathic greedy vision that is keeping the whole rest of the country from living in peace and prosperity. The Democrats are no better. They're just revolting, controlling and totally destructive in a different way. Their vision is every bit as skin crawling and enslaving as the other. And they too are slowly going over to the other side. They can't beat them so they're joining them. And Obama's newly picked running mate openly calls himself a Zionist. So there you go. Nothing is going to get better, it will only get worse.

These parties may at some time in the past not have been owned and controlled by back-stabbing scum, but those days are long gone and these days, that's all we've got. We have to get away from both of these establishment owned and operated dominating parties and put ourselves back in charge of our own lives. We aren't here to be used by corporate and global elites to make their day. And they will never, ever, work for us.

Is there anything we can do to turn this around? Of course there is. The question is, will we do it?

'In March, 1915, the J.P. Morgan interests, the steel, shipbuilding, and powder interest, and their subsidiary organizations, got together 12 men high up in the newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential newspapers in the United States and sufficient number of them to control generally the policy of the daily press....They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of 25 of the greatest papers.' " 'The world can therefore seize the opportunity [Persian Gulf crisis] to fulfill the long--held promise of a New World Order where diverse nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind.'
-- George Herbert Walker Bush"
