Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for your comment but I'm afraid I don't accept your premise that "No one would be so stupid as to allow that to happen", i.e. total destruction.

How do you know that? Did you check with EVERYone? Obviously, that's not possible. Your assertion that I gave a false choice then, is unsubstantiated.

When you say the choice is between continued existence under authoritarianism (tyrannical rule), or continued existence as free beings, then your idea of continued existence must be a lot different than mine.

We will not continue, we will cease to exist because tyranny can only live by killing all of the living things around it that it considers to be a threat to it's iron clad total domination. This is a starting position of insanity, with a primary goal of destroying everything that can think by itself.

The moment these killers of the world force unnatural genetic combinations on animals, plants and people, they kill those creatures forever. They are gone, destroyed, and can never be set back to right. They are not systematically "altering" anything, they are killing what took eons of evolution to bring to it's current state of being. They are ending the known life forms of this planet and their goal is to create new life forms that serve their desires, as well as serving them. Whatever they see no personal need for, they will extinguish.

Up to this moment in time, every living thing here has been a natural resident of this world which is born here, is nourished here, lives here and dies here, all precisely as this amazing thing called nature designed them. There are circular systems within systems and those are within cycles, day and night, the seasons, cycles of birth, growth, reaching one's potential, and finally growing old and returning back to the earth. Every living thing responds and interacts meaningfully within these endless intricate systems and their bodies are intrinsically connected to many cycles. We are all connected, a part of a great whole, a mysterious, beautiful, life giving, healing, pristine, awe inspiring, and nurturing world, that we cannot help but love deeply. Because it is within us, and it IS us.

This is not to say it isn't dangerous too, but even the dangers are natural and can be understood and adapted to. If it can be survived, we are equipped with everything we need to find the way.

Authoritarians primary need is to destroy the free will that all creatures have. It seeks to kill the individual minds within the bodies it wants control over, effectively removing them, destroying them, by any means necessary. If at all possible they will prevent the individual from ever realizing it's own uniqueness and all of the rights that come with it. The authoritarian seeks to subjugate the flesh and the mind, the spirit and the ability to think for oneself and force that individual to relinquish his birthright to live in freedom in the most basic, essential ways. He wants to supplant his own will, his own mind, his own being into another as his subordinate, something that will obey him as if he were a God. When we are deprived of our free will, our minds, our being, by force or coercion, (and lies are a means of force, as is anything that does not respect our right to live as autonomous, free beings) then we are separated from what defines us. We no longer exist.

Authoritarians disdain everything and everyone, they cannot respect anything. They don't care, they don't have the ability to care. Polluting the earth to the point that everything dies is completely within their desires, because only in killing it will they achieve the final domination of it all. Even though it will mean dying themselves, the domination is all that matters to them, achieving it at any cost, is worth the cost to them. They are destruction and death, and just like a cancer, they will feed on their hosts until they kill them, and kill themselves in the process.

These people openly intend to create a borg race of mixed species, human, animal, vegetable, and mineral. They also want to upload consciousness into computers, and design robots with human intellect, but free of humanity or it's needs, rights, and stubborn refusal to be subservient to mad men. What will these beings be called? They are not human. Humanity is a species created by nature. Borg are products who have no "species". No one can make a species. Life is not like Legos. It does not snap together, it does not have removable, interchangeable parts, and it is not programmed to obey commands.

That is not life.

If this defines continued existence to you, then fine. But it is not continued existence in my definition of the word. There is nothing continued about it. "We" won't be around anymore, and that will be forever.

9/11, Cheney and My Frog

Mmm....sorry, I don't believe it.

Cheney was in about as much danger today as my pet frog, Mr. Jumpy. None.

A big light turned on somewhere in the last 24 hours or so, and it's shining on the veep like a spotlight; pointing it's long finger at Cheney and saying, Guilty! Dirty! Criminal! BUSTED!

In a panic, the administration nearly peed itself, desperate to distract attention from that spotlight, and from that horrid pointing finger.

What could they whip up in a couple of hours? What would it take to really move and horrify the public?

But they needed more than "move and horrify", because the news had leaked out. They had not been able to contain it. And now, they had to trump it. What they really needed was sympathy. Sympathy for the devil.

Getting the public to feel sympathy for this man would be no easy task. But, they could count on their best friends, the press, to whip it up into a frenzy! The media would blow it way out of proportion, it would be on every news channel, filling up tv screens all over the country. People would weep, they would wail, they would grasp at their hearts and cry, "Oh NO!" They would pay no attention to the spotlight, and just like the missing pentagon trillions were over looked, all they would hear is the trump story.

It had better be good.

Assassination attempt! Yes, that's it. That will grip the publics' heartstrings! That will turn their attention away from that damaging truth, that damning reality that threatened, so seriously, to bring him down.

Obviously they had to dream it up on the fly. Maybe the usual staff at the Department of Public Manipulation was out to lunch. Maybe Cheney dreamed it up himself. This would explain Tony Snow's cluelessness, at least on this issue. No one knew. They didn't know because it didn't happen.

It's an odd thing with Cheney. Every time he's around something that goes "boom", there are no details at all. But there are always details in the real world, they're the first thing you notice. But not around the Veep. Because the details still have to be written by the DOPM.

What could it be that threatened him so? Was it the tidbit from Britain yesterday revealing their ten o'clock news report on Sept. 11, 2001? The anchorman telling his audience that WTC 7 had just collapsed? The problem being, that it had NOT collapsed - YET. Their announcement came twenty minutes before the event happened. A very damning piece of footage that. Very damning.

What about the massive drop in stocks today? That would definitely get people distracted. They needed to buy time. And they did.

It turns out no one cared that Cheney was three miles away from a loud noise today. The press opted to ogle a lady in a wet T shirt instead, and who could blame them? The public did not skip a heartbeat. In fact, many of them had much darker feelings, somewhere along the lines of disappointment. It's only the truth, don't shoot the messenger.

Then Wall Street reported that stocks did not really drop. It was a computer GLITCH. Just a silly little glitch. You know how those glitches are, right?

That's about as likely as our entire national airborne defense force being helpless in the face of a few highjacked planes one day. As likely to happen as them being caught off guard. Something is wrong with this story.

So, did the assassination attempt occur to distract us from the British 10 o'clock news? Did it occur to cover the truth of the condition of our economy, and the death rattle of the worthless dollar?

Well, Cheney is fine. Never better.
And Wall Street is grinning and doing a V8 slap on the forehead.

That leaves the ten o'clock news, which they cannot make go away. They tried, HARD. But untold numbers of citizens downloaded it. It's everywhere. No matter how fast they pull it down, it goes right back up and in ten more places than before.

It seems they bought the time they needed though. Time to contact the UK media and convince them to "lose" their footage, and to forget who told them that WTC 7 was history. Now they can't find that pesky footage, and they have no idea how they got that info.

A mentality of total domination has taken over the significant power points that run our world. It is taking us into total destruction and we know it. The time has come to choose: authoritarianism to total destruction, or independent minds for continued existence and peace. Pick one.

Do we really want to see the end of the world? Are we supposed to quietly sit back and let a sick authoritarian system dominate us and take us literally to the end of all life on earth? Do we really support the mindless pollution of our necessary resources? Should anyone be considered entitled to pollute our air, water and soil for profit and leave us no means to keep ourselves and our future children alive and healthy? Who has the right to decide for everyone else that they can take it all and we don't get a voice?

There is no such person or country or organization. No one owns our world or has the right to call any shots for anyone except themselves. We all own the planet because we're a part of it. It belongs to us. It's resources belong to all of us and they are there, free for the taking. The earth sustains us, it always has. It's our birth right.

Who has the right to decide it won't support life anymore? We need clean air, pure water and unadulterated natural food to sustain our lives. These are not optional, they are required and without them we will die.

Air is the most critical because we will die within minutes without it. That makes it pretty darn important, even without a scientific study to back it up. It's obvious, and just the kind of thing that "experts" take forever to figure out when everyone else already knows it.

Water is the next most important concern because we can go without food for weeks, but we cannot go without water more than a few days. Water must be pure and clean because it cleanses our bodies. It's the rinse cycle of our amazingly complex inner workings. It washes out toxins and dead cells, it hydrates our organs, eyes and brains, it keeps our skin healthy and beautiful, our lips free of cracking and peeling. It's a very important part of staying alive and healthy, and it too is not optional. We will perish without it.

Real natural food is the only thing that can feed our living bodies. Real food is alive. We eat life to maintain life. Food has been real and natural for tens of thousands of years, it is all our bodies know, and it is all they need. From food our bodies can build themselves, they can draw whatever raw materials they need to affect healing and repairs, and keep us healthy and energetic. The bulk of natural foods is used to keep our natural plumbing clean and free of clogs and that's no small thing. Fiber is gentle enough to go through our system, but abrasive enough to scrub the colon walls, removing parasites, toxins and other kinds of build ups that would ultimately lead to our getting sick, diseased and dying far too soon.

Air, water and food are not optional. They are the most basic three things that everyone needs in order to stay alive and to have and maintain real, vigorous health. To the extent they are poisoned, degraded, toxic, and artificial is the extent we are not getting our most basic needs met. We will obviously begin to suffer ill health and a variety of diseases. We will grow weaker, dumber, less energetic, less able to navigate through life effectively. Our children will be born weaker, smaller and less able to thrive.

Earth provides all of it's life forms with what they need to survive and thrive. Every creature needs clean water and air, and safe natural food sources. We have always had these things and they have sustained our species for thousands upon thousands of years. But today there is nowhere on earth, no matter how remote, that doesn't have traces of manmade toxic chemicals in the lakes and rivers and streams; or in the ice in remote Antarctica, or in the air that everything must breathe.

The air and water in our cities and homes is a nightmare of crud and filth. The nuclear energy and bombs our government is so profoundly in love with have decimated our best farm lands all over the country because the factories that make this nuclear death soup are not safe, they are not sound. They leak, and they irradiate our rivers and our soil, and the radio active particles settle on the ground, go into our food and we eat them. We breathe them. We are dying from them. We are all in a constant bath of toxic gases and liquids, pesticides and biochemical concoctions, and of course the nightmare of radioactivity which poisons an area and cannot be cleaned up. It turns entire cities and vast acres of fertile farm land into desolate wastelands of death that continue to kill for billions of years.

Who on earth has the right and the privilege to decide to destroy precious dwindling farm lands, poison once pristine rivers and lakes, and combine the genes of foreign species for our food, without our knowledge or consent? Is there a human being in the world who has this entitlement? Is there someone walking amongst us who's rightful call it is to determine that some will die for the sake of industry, without warning them or even telling them to move, without helping them as they slowly perish in frustration, legal costs and finally lose everything?

Who is it that calls these shots? Wouldn't we all like to have a chat with this Mr. So Important person? What makes him so special? What entitles him to spread DU all around the middle east, and allow it's particulate to be carried in the wind to literally every corner of the world?

Who decided that economies and corporations were the top dogs of planet earth and that money is power and with it comes a world of special power and privilege? When some very few people with incomprehensible wealth hoard ill gotten trillions they'll never need or use or want, how does this translate into making them the right kind of people to run the entire world? What are their qualifications? Business acumen is not a qualifier, business has nothing to do with what humanity needs or cares about. Money is not a qualifier, it's a tool. If I had a million hammers could I run your life? I don't think so. Money is not an entitlement to more of everything than anyone else can have. It is not a blanket free ride to buy our government out from under us and subordinate us to whatever whims and goals they might possess. Money has nothing to do with the person who has it. They are not their money. Money, in fact, is one of the most irrelevant things in the world. If it all disappeared tomorrow, we would all be fine.

We would all be fine because the vast majority of us have very little of it, and we're used to that. It would only be the greatest nightmare of all time for a couple dozen twisted old white men, who have more of it than even makes sense. More than they could use in a thousand life times of regal high living. Men who are so obsessed with money and wealth and getting more that they are dysfunctional human beings, disconnected from the meaning and value of life.

These men aren't the natural choice to decide the fates of billions of human beings and all of the life forms on land, in the sea and in the air. They aren't interested in anything that doesn't bring them more wealth and power. They see the earth in terms of digging it up for it's resources, and leaving it broken and destroyed. They don't care about the pollution of their gigantic industrial complexes, they care only about profits and growth. They don't lose any sleep over newborn babies with over 200 industrial chemicals already present in their bodies. They don't care about the state of health dropping drastically from the poison and garbage they package as edibles and take no responsibility for. When we grow obese from their artificial fat laden foods, our arteries clog, our bodies get sick and their pharmaceutical plants churn out expensive drugs to help us lose weight and keep us on refills for the rest of our lives in order to keep our over burdened hearts from bursting in our chests.

They run commercials to shame us for our poor health and weight gain, and they parade out skinny models who look like they're at death's door and they tell us look, this is what you should look like. If you don't look like this you're a fat pig and should feel great shame. It's all your fault that you're sick and tired and overwhelmed. It's all your fault that life is nothing more than getting up in the morning to the sound of an alarm and going off to work for us, so we can get wealthy off your labor.

These are the men who look at war and it's machines as so very profitable. They like war, it's great for business. So what if millions die, they all had to die someday. The important thing is that they get very, very rich every time there's a clash. In fact, whenever possible they enjoy getting those clashes going. It's only business, it's nothing personal.

Excuse me but I have to disagree. This is about as personal as it gets.

More and more we are able to clearly see that a certain mind set is invading our world and it's changing our lives, but not for the better. Who these people are and what their game plan is, we don't know. But we do know what we can see with our own eyes, and what we are seeing is alarming. Things are past the point of critical. We are truly being threatened, our very survival is tenuous, precariously balanced on the tip of some fat cat's cigar. International unrest makes no sense, we're all people and we all want peace. We don't want these wars, we don't want to fund all of these horrible weapons, and we don't want to live in fear. None of us chose what these players have put into motion, and nothing is standing up to stop them. They are cutting away all of the restrictions that used to bind them and keep them from doing exactly what they're doing now. Our military is weak and bankrupt, lacking the most basic things it needs to protect us. Our police force is becoming ever more militarized, and swat teams are used to deliver simple warrants often with terrible damage being done to innocent people. We have a president who finds Geneva suddenly too "vague" to be able to pin down it's intent, though no one before him has expressed any inability to grasp it's purpose.

We have a country bowing down to total domination in the name of safety and protection. It is wholly unconcerned with the loss of our God given rights, the imprisonment of citizens without a warrant, without evidence and without the legal right to a lawyer. Everything we stand for has been systematically disassembled and laid at our feet with a smirk, and no one's phone calls or emails bypass the national security mechanism. We are all a threat to the state, and today none of us are safe in our own homes anymore. The biggest threat of all is our own government's domination and the growing belief in our population that this is how it should be.

Total submission to the will of authority, unquestioning obedience, and total support of the government. We worship the experts they condone and we believe that doctors are infallible and only concerned with our well being. We believe the talk show hosts and the television news, and if they say they are fair and balanced then we know it must be true. They would never lie to us.

For those of us who are not swept up in this authoritarian take over of America and it's values, what we see playing out around us is frightening. We know where this will lead. We know that if left unchecked it will keep getting worse until it gets so bad that everything and everyone is threatened.

Those who are caught up in it are vocal supporters, filled with hate and recriminations, they dismiss facts and ignore reason. For them, obedience is the mark of a true American, and no wrong can be done when we obey our Commander In Chief. No matter how it looks, no matter how hopeless it seems, no matter how many people have died, if he says stay the course and do the surge, they are there. All that's missing is a rousing cry of Heil Hitler.

We have to face the scariest truth of all time. These people are in control and they now have the technology to wipe every living thing off the face of the earth; and the thought of total annihilation doesn't seem to bother them. Their total disconnect from reality may scare the pants off us, but to them it feels like perfection. It is God's will. The end justifies the means, we can do no wrong, and we must win at all costs.

They are insane. We are in danger. And we know they must be stopped. We have to face that and we have to decide which way it's going to go. Who is going to steer this ship, them or us? We either have to choose to fall in with their lockstep and become one of the hive minded true believers who are willing to blow the planet to smithereens and wait for Jesus; or we have to realize that these people don't have the right to destroy this perfect, beautiful, irreplaceable world, or to determine our future, or to deny our right to live in peaceful prosperity without war and violence and profiting off the deaths of innocents. It doesn't have to be that way. It's not up to them. But if we want it stopped it's up to us to stop them. If we don't speak up it's the same as saying, "Help yourselves." It's permission.

The time has come to choose. There is a moment ahead where the choice will no longer exist. It will pass and it will be gone forever. Untold horror is guaranteed to follow and we know this. We have to choose and we have to do whatever it takes to get these crazies back into their cages where they can be true believers all they like, without hurting anyone else. Tell your family, tell your friends, and spread the reality around where everyone can see it. This is it. Choose. What's it gonna be? War or Peace? Domination or freedom? Mind control or free thought? Cooperation or force? Money for weapons or money for helping humans?

Print up flyers. Talk about it at the bar. Let's get it into public discourse, and we better make the most of the time. We can do this. All that needs to happen is that people realize that we're on the brink. And don't ever buy into the idea that we're powerless, that's a total lie. We out number them by hundreds of millions and our power lies in working like termites to undermine their power and take out the floor from underneath them. Talk about it. Everything that ever happened started by talking about it. We can all do that.

The Flasher

There he is, standing on the sidewalk, waiting for you to get closer. Brown shoes, no socks, no pants, long scuzzy raincoat. You want to avoid him, you try to look away. Then, just as you pass by he swings his coat wide open and stands there grinning.

In spite of yourself you groan out loud; the look on your face is sheer disgust. You didn't want to give him the satisfaction of knowing your stomach is turning, but he knows.

It's odd the way he stands there chuckling, exposing himself. He knows he's disgusting. He knows nobody wants to see his grody tool kit. He knows he's an offensive social deviant. He really enjoys his little game.

Which brings me to our president, who has all the subtlety of the aforementioned social deviant. Just like the flasher man, king bobo loves to whip open his political raincoat and expose his dirty deeds, and he does it with the same kind of self satisfied pleasure. He does it knowing that what we'll see is shocking, criminal, illegal and devoid of justification. And like the flasher man, he also enjoys it.

The difference between the flasher and king bobo is, the guy in the raincoat works alone.

It used to be that when men did immoral things in public, the police hauled them off to jail. Society knew right from wrong. No lawyers showed up to defend his behavior, and none even considered selling a jury on the notion that the guy was entitled to perpetrate his obscenities on the public. They would never have claimed it was his first amendment right or that he had intellectual property rights. He was a freak and that was that.

These days the lines between right and wrong are blurred to the point of not knowing where one begins and the other ends. At least that's what the corporate media would have us believe. For instance, the bush administration wants to wage another war of aggression, and the media responds with golf claps. They supportively sell the lies and nonsense with enough positive spin to make the entire nation dizzy. Big media does not get upset at the thought of more war, to them it's a jolly good idea and you're supposed to think so too.

Has any administration ever been so completely disconnected from the public? Never has any president been so comfortably assured that no inconvenient questions would ever be asked. Never before were taxpayers dragged away by thugs the second they said anything remotely resembling the truth. No surprises are allowed, no doubting faces, only smiles. All hail king bobo.

No embarrassment will ever come to the dear leader or anyone in his employ by way of this press, and no honest to-the-point questions will ever find their way to the White House on national television. Apparently, neither will accountability. It's as though such things don't exist.

If a million furious questions flooded the white house, but nobody heard about them, did they ever really get asked?

This government/media warmongering psyops tag teaming is way more disturbing than a common street flasher. A flasher doesn't get people killed. He can't use legal force to throw people in prison who refuse to respect his deviant behavior. He doesn't have the most powerful, highly paid staff on earth surrounding him to support his single minded dedication to serving the power class at our expense. He also doesn't have the ability to get our country nuked for what he does on the sidewalk to unsuspecting passersby.

A flasher on the street is real, and his problem is easy to define. But the workings of government are so unreal that all there is for us to see is an expensive game show that's already fixed; and all of the contestants are in on it. This is what's been exposed repeatedly when king bobo flings open his political raincoat. We get it. And yes, it's making us sick to our stomachs.

We've all seen the new faces prancing around the nation's capital, supposedly there to bring some old school know how and sober perspective to the situation. What a lounge act, look at all those tits. No matter who shows up in what capacity the bottom line is they all want more war and they'll do whatever it takes to get it.

The federal department of public manipulation knows in no uncertain terms that the bush administration and the republicans in general weren't just rejected last November, they were Ejected. Whenever any of those people step up to a microphone the citizens make a sign of the cross with their fingers and hiss. These new faces are just there to diffuse attention from those primary players we're all so sick of, not to ward off impending insanity or mete out a few spankings to spoiled brats. They're facilitators with long, dirty track records that just aren't mentioned enough for my taste. They want you distracted by all those tits on stage, and not focused on the boobs in the oval office.

Congress is performing a surreal skit, something along the lines of debating whether to discuss sending more flashers to the streets of America. 30,000 more. They're completely avoiding the glaring problems of immorality and the vast public rejection of the idea. They just say, "We need more social deviants on our streets but we're not sure we want to talk about it", and the debate is about whether they should have brown shoes or black shoes, gray raincoats or tan ones. They keep bringing up the strong message sent to them last November 7th, and they say it is obvious the public wants brown shoes and gray raincoats and so 30,000 flashers are already on their way to a public sidewalk near you.

I'm afraid they may have become pod people.

No, things aren't what they used to be, but they aren't what they're selling us either. Common sense was retired to spend more time with it's family. Simple truth has been replaced by fakery and claims that fakery is good. This may explain the rise of the New Agers. Without common sense or truth what do we have left to discern reality beyond meditation to ask the spirit guides for guidance?

Words we once used to communicate in plain English are now used like camouflage to deceive us, to deflect justifiable upset, and disguise creepy game plans that only Satan could support. It messes with people's heads.

Phrases like "preemptive war" and "collateral damage" should never be spoken without an immediate hailstorm of rotten tomatoes pummeling the speaker. These phrases attempt to justify the unjustifiable. What is preemptive war but an attack of aggression? Collateral damage sounds like dented office furniture. It's an attempt to dehumanize and demoralize human beings and dismiss the deaths of innocent people, noncombatants, families, children, cities, peace, and sanity as a vaguely mild bummer that just can't be helped. These men would get more emotional over not having time to get in 8 holes before lunch, or finding a spot of mustard on a favorite tie.

This used to be called depraved indifference, but where are the police now? They're holding back the angry public to let the flashers do their thing.

All of these people are working a reverse program of illogic and illegitimacy. Instead of diligently pursuing peace with brilliant acts of diplomacy, the official government line is that the war must go on at all costs to humanity. If it takes a billion dead people to save the world from terrorism then so be it. Besides the blatant failure of logic there, may I point out that for what is being spent on these violent debacles we could have BOUGHT Peace On Earth outright? And we'd still have money to go out and celebrate.

The military hungrily sees the whole world, including us as a threatening target and it has an obsessively itchy trigger finger. The whole system has begun to sound and act a lot like Israel's government and Israel will probably not be happy until no one else is left on earth. Only then will they finally believe everyone is not out to get them. And while the United States did not earn respect in the world by taking that same position, it certainly has lost all respect and credibility by doing so. The official blatant sycophantic suckling and protection of Israel's equally immoral aggression, and taking seriously their paranoid delusional claims of impending doom has done nothing to boost the US image in the middle east; or anywhere else for that matter.

Who is more aggressive and combative than the US and Israel?

Does it ever occur to these astoundingly hypocritical self-proclaimed worshippers of God that you reap what you sow? Perhaps if we all stopped our inexcusable acts of aggression against the weak, we wouldn't be so reviled around the world and we could all get back to being dysfunctional in a less publicly conspicuous way.

We all know the current bloodbath and destruction in Iraq is not glorious, helpful, just, or valid. It's not even legal. There is no conceivable reason to attack another country. Why shouldn't Iran develop their nuclear program? Especially since our president is giving nuclear capabilities away left and right, and recently in return for a couple of boxes of tropical fruit. What the hell business is it of our government what Iran does when we're doing it a thousand times more already?

Seriously, who do we think we are? Since when is any other country accountable to our government? Since when do other sovereign nations need permission from the United States to run their own country as they see fit? What's the problem, failure to grovel? For this we feel entitled to bomb them into oblivion? Can you smell the sickness in these peoples' minds? These are the same people who told us we'd be safer without all those pesky rights getting in our way.

The rest of the world has had it with us. We have had it with us. If these deviants actually attack Iran there is no one in America who can ever again say they don't understand why "they hate us" so much. The bush administration is doing everything it can to enrage the middle east, and the rest of the planet too. They couldn't have gone about things any differently if they were purposely trying to goad other nations into attacking us. (And while we have our pants down too). The real question is, why does our own government hate us so much?

Our government used to take pains to conceal it's immorality and blood lust. It engaged in it's acts of illegal aggression in far away places while here at home they read us noble, patriotic poetry and told us that once again our white hats had saved the day. Now they're just like flashers on the street, grinning in our faces. Except they're also very heavily armed.

Perhaps the elites behind this long range plan are having problems. The usual white glove aura of clean respectability and seamless choreography are as gone as outsourced American jobs. That smooth old routine always worked to dazzle us while they baffled us with bull shit. It distracted us and allowed them to scurry around undetected like the cockroaches they are, in all the dark places these people are drawn to; and we were none the wiser. Now it's all out in the open. Maybe they went on vacation and left things to a temp. They sure are going to be angry when they get back.

We're in round three of this game show now, and the current score is a couple hundred million against the bush regime and their next illegal war, and only a handful for. Somebody tell me how come they'll get their way and we'll get handed the bill, the responsibility, the shame and the terrible blow back? How is this making anyone safer? This game is rigged and we've been politically stalemated by crooks and liars.

Now what do we do?

If insanity could be redefined as a feeling of entitlement to kill anyone you like without just cause and claim that it is righteous it would make it a whole lot easier to see the whole thing, all of them, Congress, the Military, the Intelligence agencies, the DHS, Israel and this administration for what they are. Card carrying nuts who need to be 5150'd before anyone else gets hurt.

Somebody call Websters. Let's see if we can get this ball rolling.

Politics And Religion Of Course

God does a drive by to slap a naked guy and find out if he's a fag.

(Well, some people would interpret it that way.)

It is a sad fact that many of us do not know where our rights come from. People think that rights are given by the government, but they are not. Rights are given by God. They are your God Given Rights. Your right to be free, your right to speak your mind, your right to not be harassed and bothered by zealous officials for their own gain, your right to keep private your conversations, letters, your belongings, your activities, your medical information, and your life. God gave those rights to the people and it should be obvious to everyone by now that the government is more concerned with taking them away than with respecting them. What on earth would they want them for anyway? Heck of a lot to ask, isn't it?

It is not our obligation to support the government, it is the government's obligation to support us. I hope that doesn't shock anyone but if it does, good. We don't hear it as much anymore but there was a widespread attack campaign going around that tried to sell America on the nonsense that not supporting the president was being unpatriotic.

Let me state for the record that patriotism is irrelevant. But if you're the type that thinks it matters I can still easily make the point. Supporting your country does not mean supporting the president. The president is not the country. The president is some guy doing a job we are paying him to do. That means he works for US. WE are the boss. Whoever writes your paycheck makes the rules, don't they? Well what makes this different? We write the paychecks for all of these people and yet it seems they think we owe them something. We are some how supposed to be the ones obligated to obey them. Sorry, but by the books, it's supposed to be the other way around.

If you need to pump yourself up on intoxicating notions like patriotism, get clear in your mind what you're so in love with. Is it our ideals of freedom and equality and our constitutional values and system of elected representative government? Or is it some guy, whoever it is doing the job of being president? I don't care two cents whether anyone is offended by criticism of our government's behavior and policies, it's my right as co-employer to criticize what I see as corrupt and illegal. It's my right under the constitution and it's my God Given right to speak my mind about it. Unless you can show me where you out rank God Almighty, then please shut up until you're able to talk in terms of facts and reality.

Something else that really bugs me are the people who can't see bush for what he is on the grounds that he's a godly man. What is that exactly, what does it mean? Do they think he IS God? It's pretty simple to see that he isn't. Hopefully no one is honestly confused on that issue. If they are, I doubt there's anything we can do for them.

By "Godly Man" do they mean that he's a Christian?

Well darling, Charles Manson is a Christian. The Mafia are all Christians. Lee Harvey Oswald was a Christian. 90+ percent of violent criminals are Christian. So are most child molesters. Need I go on? Just "being a Christian" means exactly zip. Isn't Christianity all about works? You know, doing God's will? Getting off your butt and helping people who need help? If all anybody has to do to get away with murder and lying and being a criminal is say, "Gee, I'm a Christian", and you folks just write him a free pass then no wonder we're in this mess. Under this spiffy system, Satan himself could step up and say he was a Christian and you'd bring him home to have dinner at your place.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, religion has no place in government. Every time it worms it's way into the halls of Congress it degrades the very idea of freedom. It's not because our laws are incompatible with God's law, it's because Christianity is so terribly incompatible with God's law. If we didn't leave religion officially out of the picture it would be even worse than it is now, with religious factions all screaming bloody murder about being right and trying to force their ideology on others who want nothing to do with it.

God's primary gift to humanity was to give everyone Free Will - and God doesn't feel any need to interfere with it. Religion interferes with it. Religion always ends up crazy in the corner, rubbing it's hands and plotting how to force everyone else into their personal concept of perfection and Godliness. From the get go, that's all against God's decision to give us free will. His notion of letting us live our lives and learning and doing whatever it is we do in a life time is utterly shit canned by Religion. Religion thinks it knows better than God and is qualified to decide everything about everyone; and judge everyone too. Isn't it God's job to judge? Well you see, that's why religion has no place in the hallowed halls of Congress or in the White House. We have enough insane ideology to cope with already. There isn't much worse than ideological NUTS with power. History bears it out, and common sense makes it simple enough to grasp.

Do we really want these people running the country?

The reality check that is george w bush has woken huge numbers of us up to an uncomfortable fact. His blatant power grabs, illegal actions, and determination to ignore the will of the people is nothing new. It's been status quo for an awfully long time. It's just that this is the first president who's had absolutely no skill or interest in playing the game properly. He's exposed the whole system and now it's wide open for the people to see.

It's all a bit of a scam America. The laws on the books aren't there to keep us free, they're there to clamp down on us and let only some people do as they choose while keeping the rest of us from doing exactly the same things. This is no more obvious than in the realm of making money. High rollers have all the access and get all the permission to position themselves in monopolies that bring them, and only them wealth. If certain people can own and operate casinos, why can't Americans open casinos anytime they like. It would sure create jobs and wealth for a lot of us. Why can't Americans have zesty small time card games in someone's home? Why can't we open our own banks and make up our own kind of money and use it so it doesn't cost us these insane interest charges just to have cash in our pockets? Who died and made the government God? They just step right in and say they've passed laws that keep us from prospering like the chosen few prosper. And for those who don't agree the second most obvious realm applies: using violence and force to control us.

I'm not sure why the common person is not allowed to pepper spray people's eyes and beat them with clubs and shoot them with microwave technology that cooks them from the inside out when the people in government, who are no better or any more entitled than we are, are somehow allowed to do such things whenever they like. Does the mere act of labeling one's self "government" or "law enforcement" entitle you to beat and imprison people for saying things you don't happen to like? Isn't that dictatorship? Clearly any government official or law enforcement type that allows himself to over rule God's law of free will for the people, cannot seriously consider himself to be Christian or "Godly" by any stretch of the imagination. I'm not envious of those folks when they reach the pearly gates and are asked to explain what on earth they were thinking and who the hell they think they are. I would imagine that overruling God's laws will carry a much worse penalty than getting thrown into a prison cell and get treated like trash.

Fortunately, I don't have to worry about that. I'm already in alignment with God's laws. I don't hurt people, I don't judge people and I don't try to control anyone. I have no explaining to do. But herein lies the hypocrisy that so irritates me with religion. They think they are above every law and better than every person they don't personally agree with. They believe that entitles them to all the cruel and unusual punishment they can eke out. And that's exactly how bush thinks and what comes of that attitude is death and war and strife and inequality and every other kind of insult and affront to peace and freedom and human rights that exists.

God's laws are human laws, based on common sense and justice. Until Christians can get step one of that simple truth under their belts I assure you, we don't need religion mixed in with our political system. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.
