In their pre-legal period differences were worked out between the various parties, often ending in murder, and then subsequent revenge killings. The rules you talk of were implemented when the Greek population started growing and people realised a serious flaw in the revenge after revenge killings. This was called the Proto Legal Period. Judgement was made by mutually respected elders or pillars of the community and this served them well in most cases as the elders' opinion was respected by both parties. To cut a long story short, the decisions derived from the elder's judgement started to create patterns and hence written laws.
Humanity has always turned to elders for answers to the questions. Thats what tribal elders, shaman, heads of towns, cities and countries are supposed to do. Provide the just, correct answers. Our problem is that there are very very few good people in those positions, the majority have all signed their souls away.
My hope is that their never ending quest for power will be their downfall. Without the proletariat's co-operation, the game is up. Stop co-operating, peaceful civil dis-obedience can achieve great things, just search Google (Ghandi + Salt).

I'm off to break some laws now, i suggest you do the same.

With peace, love and solidarity,

EdoEdohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04382069174934294077noreply@blogger.com
